My name is Cheryl Bare and for the duration of your visit on this site, I will be your "tour guide" to real estate in the Southern Maryland communities of Waldorf, Prince Frederick, Laplata, Huntingtown, Dunkirk and Leonardtown, to name a few. I have worked with Military Personnel and their families, employees of the Federal Government, State Government, County Government and Law Enforcement families besides the Private Sector of homebuyers and sellers. My specialty is helping families relocate and move to or within the Southern Maryland area.
I know the Southern Maryland Real Estate market very well - I have lived here my entire life! This means I have seen the area grow and change over the years. The most dramatic change has been the population growth which has created many more opportunities for employment and commerce than ever before. Despite the growth in the area, Southern Maryland is full of history that I love to share. Southern Maryland is nestled in the middle of several Military establishments with many job opportunities which have brought plenty of shopping, dining, nightlife and good old family fun.
